The Sims 2 is a great sequel and a great game in its own right, and it's recommendable to just about anyone.The new Sims 2 is mostly based on the same concept as the original game was. The players control their Sims, as they interact with their virtual surroundings, engaging in various different activities and forming relationships in a manner similar to real life.

Just like the first Sims game, the Sims 2 doesn't have a real goal, what happens is up to you. Even if there's no set goal, the Sims themselves still have their needs, fears and things they want more than others. There's also a handful of cheats with you can apply in the game.

A player can experience many things in the Sims games, that people experience in real life. Things like having kids, relationships, learning, partying and many others.. Also, the Sims can experience fictional actions such as seeing a ghost, being abducted by aliens and having male pregnancy, or being visited by the Grim Reaper. If you were wondering, The Sims 2 is a great sequel and a great game in its own right, and it's recommendable to just about anyone. Yes, it introduces plenty of new features that enhance the gameplay that was so popular in the original game, but it doesn't drastically refresh it.

Sims 2 has improved alot from the original, so I would advise everybody to try it out and see for themselves all of the new features
